Terms of Service

Welcome to BrandDeck. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use BrandDeck.

1. Who we are

BrandDeck is a brand management platform operated under the trade name BrandDeck, based in the Netherlands. We provide a workspace for freelancers and agencies to manage brand guidelines, digital assets and client collaboration.

2. Your account

To use BrandDeck you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Acceptable use

You may use BrandDeck only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights

• Use the platform to store or distribute illegal content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems

• Reverse engineer, copy or resell any part of the platform without our written permission

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

4. Subscriptions and payments

BrandDeck offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are listed on our pricing page at branddeck.co. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Free plan

BrandDeck offers a free plan that includes one brand at no cost. No credit card is required to start. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to BrandDeck, including brand guidelines, logos, assets and other materials. By uploading content you grant BrandDeck a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use your content for any purpose other than operating the platform.

7. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

8. Limitation of liability

BrandDeck is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandDeck is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of BrandDeck after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
