Admin
Runs the account. Creates brands, manages settings and invites people.
Editor
Added by an admin to one or more brands. Can edit, view and download everything within those brands.
Three ways to share a brand.
Public link
A simple link anyone can open without signing in. Perfect for sharing widely with partners, suppliers or anyone who needs quick access.
Protected link
A link with a built-in token that is harder to share by accident. Anyone with the link can open it, but the URL itself acts as the key.
Email invite
Invite specific people by email. They sign in to access only the brand or brands you assigned to them. The most controlled way to share.
